Equate. — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-18

Equate. does not collect, transmit, or share any data about you or your child. Everything happens on the device. No account, no login, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers, no servers. The app does not require internet access to play.

What we store on the device

The app keeps a small amount of progress data locally on your iPhone or iPad, so the player's mastery progress and trophies persist between sessions:

This data is stored using Apple's on-device SwiftData framework. It never leaves the device. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.

Equate. also writes Apple MetricKit diagnostic payloads (crash and hang reports) to a private folder inside the app's container. These payloads are generated and consumed entirely on the device — they are never transmitted.

What we do not collect

The app contains no third-party SDKs that collect data. The two open-source Swift packages used (Pow and Vortex) are visual-effects libraries that run locally and do not perform any network activity.

Children

Equate. is a math puzzle suitable for primary-school players (ages 6–10) as well as adults. Because the app does not collect any data, it is compliant by design with:

We do not need a parent's consent to collect data because we collect none.

In-app purchases, ads, and external links

The current version of Equate. contains:

If a future version introduces any of these, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and external links will be placed behind a parental gate as required by Apple's review guidelines.
